Arrival at 4:00
Pre-supper gathering
Check in, introduction to our time together and preparation for silence, gathering worship.
Supper
Evening Prayer (15 minutes)

Day Two

Morning prayer (15 minutes)
Breakfast
11:15  a teaching (chant, lectio, visio, meditative walking, etc.)  
Lunch
4:15  a teaching (as above)
Supper
Evening Prayer

Day Three

Morning Prayer
Breakfast
11:00 Gathering,
Check in, concluding worship
Lunch  (hand out feed back sheets)

Morning and evening prayer and the teachings are all optional.  Some may crave the together time and some may prefer their own unstructured silence.  
All meals will be in silence except lunch on Day 3. Exact times for meals and morning and evening prayer will be available before we meet.
